BILLING INFORMATION - Vonage only offers online billing. Your credit card is charged automatically on a monthly basis. Your billing cycle starts when your telephone number is assigned to you and your voicemail account is created.
TAXES AND FEES - Vonage charges a 3% Federal Excise Tax on all service charges. Applicable sales tax is charged on service and equipment.
