The rates are the best I have found. It is a little higher per minute than they say because of taxes. but its still a great deal. With taxes I pay less than 0.07 min. That is the best deal around. I have saved about 17.00 a month or 70% by switching from ATT to TCI. Best of all when you call you get a real person who speaks english. I would prefer to be able to pay the bill online, but they do offer recurring credit card payments via their paper bill system.Summary: Worth the switch! She had asked me to help her find a carrier with a better rate. I did some research via the internet and TCI had a plan that fit her needs. She is very happy she made the switch from Verizon to TCI. She is able to make state to state and local long distance calls for a fraction of the cost she paid to her previous carrier and there are no hidden costs or unexplained charges. I am very pleased with the service first of all I do not need to dial all different numbers in order to be connected. At my over 80 age, this is definitely a plus in long distance dialing. Excellent plan with post-payment and no fees.Cons: Poor online update capability. Long waiting time to talk with customer service.Summary: Customer Service is excellent once you get through the queue. I have waited 5 to 30 minutes and have also hung up to try later.
