![]() Worst customer service experienceOverall Rating: By: A C on Thursday, January 24, 2008From: McLean, VA (United States) Experience: 2 Years Pros: * Low ratesCons: * Horrible customer serviceSummary: After being a customer for over 2 years I cancelled my service and had a credit owed to me. I have yet to receive a refund after almost 4 months of closing my account and fighting with customer service. Customer service has basically told me that my only option is to wait until they approve the refund. Miss a payment with this company and you will have fees added...cancel your account and expect your money returned...think again, they will keep and give you the runaround.
