Summary: We have used the service for 60 days or so and find it satisfactory for our needs. What contact we have had with Opex has been courteous and prompt.

Pros: Easy to communicate for questions or service, if needed.

Cons: So far, no negative comment.

Summary: My bill is much lower. I have automatic payment so don't have to worry about lagging behind in my payment. I can access my account online whenever I want to see what's happening. Conversation with my daughter in Milan, Italy, was like she was in the same room with me. We talked longer, too, without worry about the cost. I'm glad I researched long distance service and found Opex.

Summary: I recently moved and chose to get Opex for my local and long distance services again. I have NEVER had any negative issues at all. They have been a wonderful and inexpensive alternative to the norm. Thanks Opex

Pros: I haven't noticed one bit of difference in my service from the large phone company I had before, and the extremely low invoices are great!

Summary: I was very pleased with the ease of ordering the service as well as the service itself.

Pros: Cheap long distance and international. No hassle phone calls. no dialing 10-10 etc., just the phone number. Prompt email for billing. No monthly fee if payment is automatic with credit card.

Summary: As written in the pros, so far the service has been very good to me. I love the cheap rates and my long distance bill is about $ 6.00 a month. Not bad if you consider that I make two to three phone calls internationally each week.

Pros: No problems making call. Connection quality just as good as with more expensive carriers. Great price. Easy, friendly customer service.

Summary: I've only used Opex for a couple of months and I don't make many long distance calls from home, but so far I have nothing but the highest praise for Opex. My only regret is all the money I threw using more expensive, better-known carriers!

Summary: My dissatisfaction with the telco LD plan finally gelled, and I read about your program in a magazine I read while waiting for the doctor. I chose Opex, and am well pleased with their service. I have recommended your website to others, but do not know if any of them have availed themselves of the site. There is, after all, a certain amount of inertia in us all!

Summary: Apparently Opex has different rates depending on where you sign up. Although the rates are not far off from each other, the rates from Opex found through LowerMyPhone.com are the best. I am very happy so far.
