Exactly what they advertise.Cons: None so far.Summary: Recommended by a friend and finally tried it out after using phone cards. A little leery that maybe there was some very fine print I missed, but Opex turned out to be exactly as they presented themeselves. No hidden fees, taxes, surcharges, etc. Particularly impressed when notified by email that they had received my payment. Great service so far and will recommend to friends.
