I had unlimited long distance for $29.99 a month and really never used the basic amount. Now I pay 1/3 of what I paid the other folks and only pay for what I use not for what I might use. It was 5 cents even if you were only on the phone for a few seconds. That's one of the things I love about the ECG Easy 2.5 plan. First, its 2.5 cents a minute, but they charge in quarter of a minute, so if your call is a short one, they don't charge you for the whole minute. Billing with this plan is through email, where they send you a link to view your bill, and my payment is automatically charged to my credit card. You could use a debit card, too. No mail or stamps to worry about, no muss, no fuss. I haven't had any problems at all, so can't rate Customer Service, and I don't make International calls, so can't rate that either. 4 out of 5 people found this review helpful
