Pros: easy to live with, good rates, good service
Cons: the company they work for doesn't own the phone lines
Summary: Easy to have them as a carrier: they provide service, send notification by e-mail when bill is ready, and automatically charge the card 5 days before the due date. Sounds good and easy if there are no problems. For me it happened once: I tried to make an international call (it was a regular day, not a holiday in both countries, US and destination), dialed 5 or 6 times, but no success. They connected me once, but the voice was so distorted, I hung up. It was important for me to make this call on this specific day, not a life-threatening issue, but sometimes it happens. (I made this call using other carrier the same day, so it wasn't a communication problem in destination country) These calls were included to the bill later, but one call to the customer support helped to solve the billing issue. Agent wasn't sure first and said my inquiry will go to some "decision making team", but they sent me e-mail with updated billing information the same day. No problems since that time.
