Pros: I like the internet billing. Easy to pay.

Summary: I like the company and the ease at payment my bill. Auto payment is great. All I have to do is pay my credit card and don't have to worry about this bill being separate.

Pros: Much cheaper, no change in service quality, website easy to use, auto-pay and no paper makes it easy every month. The free 800 number useful for family friends kids.

Cons: None so far

Summary: There is no reason not to switch.

Ecg as long distance provider

Pros: Much cheaper than previous provider and I like the on-line billing statements.

Cons: The only billing option is credit card billing (not a big con for me).

Summary: I switched to ecg as my long distance provider in April. I have already realized a savings in long distance expenses. I've only used the service for a few months but I have no complaints.

Summary: Price per call is fantastic. I save lots of money with this plan. The email feedback is great for tracking calls. More fetures than I can comprehend. Still figuring them all out.

Summary: I found the web site through the recommendation of a friend. I wasn't looking for ECG but liked the options that it offered, and liked the rates to Mexico. I am pleased after a few months use.

Pros: excellent service, convenient, reasonably priced.

Cons: I have not run up on any yet.

Summary: I need a long distance service that is inexpensive for long calls. I had looked everywhere for this kind of service that I would pay only when I used the service. Everything I checked into was expensive per minute or had a high monthly minimum charge. I was so excited to find this service and am thrilled with it. I was not billed for a short call the first month as it was held over and billed the second month with my other calls. One call was two (2) hours. I have my credit card billed but an invoice is e-mailed to me prior to the charge going to my credit card. It is so convenient, inexpensive and EASY. I am very happy with the service and would recommend to anyone with similar long distance needs.

Summary: The online signup was clear, easy, and fautless. The service has been exceptional - no problems either with PhoneDog or ECG. Paperless bills and automatic charge card deduction make life easy! Thanks.
