 3U TELECOM is the subsidiary of 3U TELECOM AG, a long distance provider founded in Germany in 1997. In 1999, 3U TELECOM AG became publicly traded on the Neuer Markt stock exchange in Frankfurt, Germany. In 2002, 3U TELECOM INC., a subsidirary of 3U TELECOM AG, launched its services in the USA.
