Cons: Voice Mailbox does not alert you when you pick up the phone. You must check it often.

Summary: One month I underpaid my bill seven cents. I am not sure if I just had a senior moment or what...but they added a notice to my next bill that my service may be cut off and a restoration fee may be charged. I didn't care for that. I called them and the CS lady was nice & told me not to worry about it.
