The "Connect Simple" is the most basic plan offered by PowerNet Global which includes unlimited calls in your local calling area and 30 minutes of state-to-state long distance calling (additional minutes are only 3.9 ¢/min). No calling features are offered with the "Call to Connect Simple" plan. PowerNet Global provides excellent customer service and is our most highly rated local phone service provider. We also like that you are able to receive Local, Long Distance, and Dial-up Internet Service on one bill.

BILLING NOTE - To offset telecom tax regulation costs, PowerNet Global customers will incur a Telecommunications Infrastructure Fee of $0.99 each month.
CONNECTION INFORMATION - You can keep your existing phone number and transfer it to PowerNet Global (PNG) without any interruption of service and free of charge. Please allow 4 – 7 business days for your existing service to transfer. PNG will cancel your existing local phone service once the switch has been completed.
DSL SUBSCRIBERS - You cannot switch to PowerNet Global and keep your existing DSL service.
It takes approximately 5 – 10 business days to hookup or switch service. You will receive a call from customer service to set up an appointment if you are receiving NEW service.
