PNG Call To Connect Plus User Review

Pros: I have had any problems with PNG my bills are always consistent. I never have to guess what the next months bill will be like.

Cons: No voicemail I am at an absolute loss with out voicemail of some type. Back to the answering machine I go.

Summary: Great Service for the price!

Pros: Fast connections, easy to read bill details

Cons: Call times are rounded up to the next minute, sometimes I hear static on the line

Summary: I think PNG is a decent alternative. I like having one company for my local and long distance, as well as toll free incoming traffic. I would like a little more competitive pricing on the long distance.

Summary: The service and voice quality has been great. What is killing me is all the hidden charges, IE: ny taxes, line usage charges etc that add so much to my phone bill. I may have to
go to a VoIP service even though I am happy with phonedog.

The young lady who helped me on the Internet as well as the one on the telephone were excellent in terms of meeting my needs exeditiously and with good manners. The lady on the telephone also did great follow up service. Her name ought to be in your records and if you need it I will look for it at home. Thank you, again for outstanding service.
