Cleartel Residential Basic User Review
ReviewBy: M Sarsf on Tuesday, July 03, 2007 From New York (United States) Experience: 3 Months Pros: A few dollars cheaper than Verizon.Cons: 1.They do not contact you or leave a voice-mail when they have made the switch from your old service to Cleartel. The only reason I knew the switch had been made is because our Verizon voice-mail stopped working. 2. No customer service via e-mail. 3. Web-site very sparse especially regarding account info. 4. You have to enter your home phone number when at home to check your voice messages. Summary: I am not a hundred percent certain on Cleartel as of yet.
