Cleartel Residential Basic Plus User Review
![]() Review of new serviceOverall Rating: By: Chris Jones on Wednesday, June 08, 2005From: Marietta, GA (United States) Experience: 10 Days Pros: I can't tell a difference between Cleartel and Bellsouth. The phone line is just as clear and the services work well. No complaints here. Cons: It took forever for my service to be hooked up. Not sure what the hold up was but I moved into my house in late February and was just switched over in May. Summary: No complaints as of yet. 36 out of 85 people found this review helpful

PasadenaOverall Rating: By: Kathy Forbis on Tuesday, March 01, 2005From: Pasadena, (United States) Summary: The customer service, price and quality are all very good. I'm very happy with that. The only thing I don't like is having to pay a fee to pay my bill over the phone. Other than that I am happy with what I have. 30 out of 49 people found this review helpful
CleartelOverall Rating: By: Amanda Farmer on Thursday, January 06, 2005From: Mesquite, (United States) Summary: I believe that price could be a few dollars lower for a basic local plan with no long distance. Customer service is friendly and helpful. No problems with the line or quality of service. 30 out of 50 people found this review helpful
CleartelOverall Rating: By: Karen Roberts on Monday, December 20, 2004From: Evanston, (United States) Summary: In general I am very pleased with the service and price. However, there have been a couple of technical problems with the voicemail: recently, for two days I was unable to access the beginnings of my messages, often losing the name of the speaker. That can be serious, and I hope it never occurs again. If it does, I will likely drop this service, even though I am pleased with everything else, because getting messages is so important. 16 out of 43 people found this review helpful
