Okay if you don't need customer serviceBy: A Louise on Tuesday, October 14, 2008 From Ball Ground (United States) Experience: 2 Years Cons: I tried to change my service plan in August and have called 4 times and they still haven't resolved. They have charged over 225.00 in error and refuse to give me a statement of MY calls they are charging me for. Every time I call I have to wait at least 10 minutes on hold.Summary: I am switching my service ASAP 3 out of 8 people found this review helpful
