Cleartel Business Unlimited User Review

Cons: Outsourced customer service (India), poor communication. Difficult to find local (US) support connections.

Summary: Overall, fairly pleased - quality of voice, connections, etc. However, had billing problems - signed up for Business plan with INCLUDED UNLIMITED FREE LD. However, received a bill for long distance from Qwest! Had to call BOTH Cleartel AND Qwest to get issue resolved (hopefully). Second problem, after almost 2 months on service, all of a sudden was constantly getting a "busy" signal whenever making out of state long distance calls. Found that that service had somehow been "messed up". Had to call customer service - several different connections - before getting this issue resolved. Appears to work now.
