Pros: price and convenience

Cons: absoslutely none

Summary: I really like your service---could give it an A+ rating.
I recently traveled to Europe, and I was able to plan my trip and then receive calls while I was there for a very reasonable price. The TCI service helped me with this trip.

Pros: Best long distance rate available to the area that I am calling to. No drop calling problems. Clarity is very good. No difference in an Lan line.

Cons: Having problems paying the bill on line. Unable to enter my cc info. I am sure it's an IT situation or problem. I trust it will be resolved shortly.

Summary: Very pleased and very satisfied with the service and the rate. I will recommend this to others.

Pros: I don't have to deal with a big, greedy phone company.

Registered phone numbers mean no hassle with calling card numbers, passwords, etc.

Cons: Occasionally spotty service (ie call is slow to go through, or doesn't go through)

Summary: I didn't know what to expect from a discount service, so I was more than pleased with TCI. Sure, there was the occasional long wait for a connection, or failure of a call to go through. And sometimes the call quality was so-so.
But the savings are so huge that it's definitely worth it. Also, I had one occasion to call customer service, and my call was answered promptly.
I had two phone numbers "registered" to use the service -- my home phone and my cell -- which meant that if I called TCI from those numbers, I didn't have to provide a PIN. This was very convenient.
I'm now using Skype when I can call from my computer, but otherwise TCI is hard to beat.

Pros: Simplicity of billing and high quality communication at low cost.

Cons: Lot'sa numbers to keep track of while dialing.

Summary: Often cannot connect, and at times the sound quality is horrible. Complained to company and was told it was due to calling a mobile phone, but I dont have the problem when I dial straight through without the dialaround

Pros: I am saving more money compared to having to use the usual long-distance charges with other phone companies. The website/online pay option is user-friendly too.
