Pros: Best price I found to Indonesia

Cons: Sometimes slow to get a dial tone, making use of programmed dialing problematic at times

Summary: I used the service virtually exclusively to dial my daughter's cell in Indonesia. Programmed my phones for that, but it occasionally (maybe 20%) didn't work because the pause was too short. There was always a bit of a delay in the sound, but I think that was on my daughter's end as she reported the same problem with other callers.

Pros: Easy billing by credit card and access to account via the web.

Cons: Some calls (1/8) have poor voice quality. Noise in the background, echo, cutting off of voice, long delay.

Summary: Overall I rate the service 6/10. The voice quality issues seem to be improving.
