Wednesday, October 08, 2008Few reasons why I returned my Touch Diamond. One, the phone gets hot when in use. Secondly, the phone have a camera feature, but no external button to snap pictures. Thirdly, it doesn't have heptic feedback like other touch phones have. The QWERTY keyboard is cramped, I have small fingers and I still touched the other keys (ARRRRRRGH). And I think everyone may agree with me that Sprint is NOTORIOUS FOR BAD, VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ask a question, they put U on hold for minutes before they can answer or they give U bum info. And who wants to talk someone in Argentina (no offense), but this is America. I'm glad I got out of before my 30 days was up, I would be kicking myself if I stay with those guys for 2 years. Sorry for those folks that are still stuck with them. Hang in there it's not FOREVER!! But I have one good thing to say about Sprint (yea I know), the plans they offer are truly AWESOME, U can't get it anywhere, but beware my friends there is a cost for such a GREAT DEAL!

1/6/2009 11:19:55 AMThe Samsung Omnia from VZW is a good option, as are the Touch Diamond, Samsung Insticnt, LG Dare, etc. It's difficult to say which is best for you, as everyone is different.

11/29/2008 12:02:11 AMYou can get it with a family plan too, but in order to get the mail in rebate you need to have a data pack. But you can just tell sprint that you have had problems with the mail in rebates and they will give it to you as instant credit. THats what I did. :>
