iPhone 3g v HTC Touch Diamond v Samsung Omnia Part 3It's the third and final part of the battle of the beasts. This episode focuses on messaging and overall impressions. Specs? UI? Flexibility? What really does matter in a phone? Voice quality, even?

The phones look nice and there good but the iphone have not so fast 3g net but it's good when you need a big screen
Monday, October 27, 2008noah im not saying that i dont like ur reviews and im not an "iphone hater" because i think that the iphone has been the building blocks for these great(better) phones but come on. u rate the iphones texting the best, well maybe thats becuase uve had for over a year now and u are used to texting on it. And im sick of people comparing things to the iphone. I understand that the iphone has been a game changer but u are relly giving it more play than it deserves. First of all it doesnt even have the features that a simple 50 dollar virgin mobile phone has, and its call quality sucks(in my region it does anyway), so there are people out there who dont like the iphone and me and them would aprciate if u stopped making it sound like the holy f****** grail. Monday, October 27, 2008Yeah you can go to meebo.com and sign in to any instant messenger. Monday, October 06, 2008I appreciate your comments. I've finally decided. It's HTC Diamond. I'm getting one right away. Monday, September 22, 2008man noah, i can't belive i haven't watched this trilogy which is very insightful on all 3 devices, specially the WM ones which is what i'm looking for to compliment my N85.
even tho you did the best job on the whole world wide web in terms of comparison tests, pros and cons, strength and weaknesses. i am still at a stand still in my decision making process between the mirage and the fuze.
since i am going to have the N85 as my primary powerusing tool, i am looking for more eyecandy and pocketability factors in my secondary device. i think the HTC will offer that big baller, bling bling, pimps up hoes down look to my repertoire as opposed to the mirage.
the crisp display, the eyepopping Touchflo3d, the all black finish, is what i am looking for.
i would imagine the price on the htc will be much lower than the sammy. however, i can't go speculate on that.
anyways, thanks for the great videos and keep up the great work! Saturday, September 06, 2008wazup i think these r the greatest phones in the world. i personall y use the iphone 3g 8gb. u said though the canera is only 2 megapixels which could be true but its seem the camera quality is that of 3.2 megapixels. but still no autof ocus which i might be able to get though on that apps store. i really im a fan of the touch diamond because it is much more pc friendly than the omnia though like i said i have an iphone.
but if u can tell me about the camera and how u know its 2 megapixels cause steve jobs never said anything nor any evidence to back it up till lata
jesusfreak Thursday, September 04, 2008Omnia is the best!!!! Monday, September 01, 2008I agree with keb and lee smith, EliteK003 were u really fliping out cause he didnt do a full depth on the iphone 3g. WHO CARES. U KNOW WHY HE DIDNT DO ONE CAUSE THE IPHONE3G IS THE SAME AS THE FIRST ONE EXCEPT 3G AND THE APP STORE. PEOPLE LIKE ME WHO ARE NOT ONE OF U GAY ASS ICRAP FAN BOYS AND NOT ON STEVE JOBS DOG LEASH REALLY DONT CARE ABOUT STUPID IPHONE VIDEO REVIEWS. NOAH DOES A GREAT JOB REVIEWING PHONES AND HELPING PEOPLE OUT THERE WAS NO NEED FOR ALL THAT BULL SHIT. U SHOULD USE ALL THAT ENERGY TO TELL APPLE TO PUT BASIC FEATURES IN THERE PHONES INSTEAD OF BASHING PEOPLE WHO DO GOOD REVIEWS Sunday, August 31, 2008Hey Noah you think the Samsung Omnia will come to sprint?? i can only wish lol =D Sunday, August 31, 2008For the iPhone, I noticed someone mentioned the chinese handwriting interface. There is also a cellphone style keypad as well, it is under Japanese. It will type in Roman characters as well as Japanese characters. I actually use the English, Japanese, and the Chinese modes often. They are easy to switch through. Saturday, August 30, 2008EliteK003 You should clean up your nasty act or go away. Don't you recall that you just appologized for being a jerk?
This man works hard on his site, I like it.... I don't need you to critize him. If you are so smart, make your own review site. Saturday, August 30, 2008Well, I love the Diamond. Cain't wait until Sprint starts to sell it. Saturday, August 30, 2008@EliteK003.... stop being a tool Friday, August 29, 2008samsung omnia cos it believe its better all around due to the specs and finish, iphone is just beauty with no brains Friday, August 29, 2008hi guys u guys iphone is a great phone w/o a lot of functionality, still no mms, stereo bluetooth+ edr, no file tranfer via bluetooth, also no flash how upsurd is that. OMNIA all the way Friday, August 29, 2008I like my iphone 3g a lot. I don't like it because its made by Apple, because actually I hate all music players basically because I don't see the reason to carry a device for music, a camera device, and a phone, everyday and everywhere. But I like my iphone because it has a great music player, good camera, and decent call quality (in my area). I've been changing phones about every 8-12 months, but I actually feel that the 3g is the first phone that I will be sticking with a long time. But just because I like my iphone doesn't mean that someone else might perfer the Omnia or the Diamond Friday, August 29, 2008after watching all three episodes i must say it goes omnia, touch, iphone. But since i need a keyboard cause i have large hands i guess i'm stuck waiting for the touch pro 1/8/2009 2:51:49 PMplasama fire your a dumb fuck roll of quarters was a joke u fuck i own a iphone you stupid fuck 1/8/2009 12:20:09 PMsure ...but apple didnt pioneer shit 1/8/2009 3:47:16 AMomnia it is i think. good reviewing buddy 1/7/2009 8:49:01 PMman you a soooo cool and have the best job ever i would love 2 do that an i bet u get 2 keep the phones u like 2 sooo loucky. 1/5/2009 6:56:44 PMVery nice video and nice. On my website you can use mobile search to search for any mobile phone rec info and promotions. Just go to my profile to access my site. Very nice video. 1/5/2009 1:09:07 PMI'm in the same situation as you are right now, and I'd probably go for the iPhone as what everyone else has said. If you're gonna go for a smartphone, you may as well get the one by the guys who pioneered it :) 1/4/2009 5:35:16 PMHonestly Samsung's and LG's smart phone are shit.
the touch feeling is always slow,it is not a smooth and interface is too complex& boring
i prefer Iphone,HTC's diamond,SonyEricsson's Xperia,Blackerry's Smart phone
Don't waste your money at Samsung,LG's smart phone
p.s Samsung's smartphone there is no 3.5mm jack for headphone 1/3/2009 3:52:36 PMIPhone 3G FTW its the ruler no one can say other wise 1/3/2009 10:06:12 AMGood review!! I'm stuck between iPhone and Omnia, which one would you choose? 1/2/2009 11:26:49 PMHuh 1/2/2009 11:26:14 PMi want the Omnia 1/2/2009 3:17:57 AMWow! Thanks for the reviews. I think i am going to go with the Omnia. I like the look and i like the layout of the phone. Can you watch any video off of the internet??? Also is their any games for the Omnia that you can buy off of verizon? 12/31/2008 11:39:06 PMhe reviews phones for a living so his company sends him free ones 12/31/2008 12:00:55 PMHTC has a better camera...btw, from HTC Touch, to HTC Touch diamond had a BUNCH of updates, but from iphone to iphone 3g, they only added appstore and 3G...iPhone? best? not in my oppinion! 12/31/2008 12:00:45 PMiphone is VERY restricted, you cant add any videos without a converter, wich you have to buy, to add apps you need a fucking app store account, you also need an account to get album art, and to make that retarded account you need a credit card...and that sucks...in my oppinion, HTC is theb etter phone, it also has bluetooth sending/reciving and the ability to upload and download files, and iphone does not have those to functions, also (comment continuing in reply to this) 12/30/2008 10:05:59 PMOMNIA RULES!!!!!!! i have it and it kicks ass 12/30/2008 12:05:29 AMhow do you have so much phones i have seen you with alot of different ones 12/30/2008 12:04:13 AMhow do you have all these phones i have seen you with alot of different phones and i was just wondering 12/29/2008 8:10:31 AMMe too , and also the HTC Touch Diamond! 12/29/2008 7:20:59 AMThank you very much for the comparison. Really well done. I am now clear that I want the Omnia...cheers.. 12/29/2008 3:44:53 AMblackberry have no good service by the company and forget evrything about omnia coz i had one ,lg dare?com on man it's LG!!!the best u can do is take a look on HTC touch HD..i have the diamond right now and it's wow 12/29/2008 12:38:14 AMthanks man..

( you cant type very fast in landscape mode)i would say the dare the best value for the features 12/29/2008 12:09:45 AMcan someone help me..i need help on which phone to get blackberry storm, samsing omnia or lg dare? 12/27/2008 11:12:09 PMHey Noah somewhere in this video you said that you werent reciving 3g right now and that was because you were connected to wifi the iphone 3g switches from 3g to edge to wifi depending where you are. |
