Sunday, January 04, 2009Everybody loves their own phone for different reasons. I for one just got the iPhone a few weeks ago and so far I really love. I am in NY and I am sure Verizon has a better 3G network but no complaints so far with AT&T. In regard to MMS messaging you can too send MMS messages with the iPhone, it may not be as easy as with other phones but check out this site and it will tell you how to do it. http://www.iphonefaq.org/archives/97158 The thin I love about the iPhone is you can add t it or upgrade the phone. Samsung, Blackberry, etc seem to be coming out with new phones every few months. With the iPhone you can add more apps to give you even more features. There is no perfect phone out there they all have their flaws. Are there features I wish it had, sure but I think the iPhone comes close for me.

Tuesday, November 25, 2008You can send mms messages on the iPhone. You just have to send an email to the ten digit phone number @ whatever the provider's mms address is. You can fine lists of them anywhere. Here's one: http://artoftheiphone.com/2008/05/10/how-to-send-an-mms-text-message-picture-with-your-iphone/

Tuesday, November 25, 2008I have an iPhone 3g and live in minneapoils and I have to say the 3g coverage Is pretty fast. I had one case where I got 1800 kbit/sec. I have had a few cases where if I was doing a lot of web surfing 3g would be dropped And it would which to edge for a second and go right back to 3g but that's happened only once. I still have 2.1 so I'm kinda excited to see what 2.2 does for me. Call quality wise I have only had 1 dropped call total since I got the phone in august. That was also because I was way up north like up by canada (International falls) and I had one bar...of edge. One thing I must say. My friend has the bb storm (ya he waited in line for 6 hours) so when he got his phone it worked like a beauty. Example: full bars where I got nothing. Put about 24 hours in the phone has signal strenght issues that I can't even describe. It just goes crazy. Full bars one minute then zero the next then two then one then full again then no service. He has the same issue he did with the old sprint katina flip phone. (I think it called that. I'm not sure on spelling but that phone had the same problem). So me personaly I like my iPhone better but as Noah says that's my opinion. Oh and Noah (if you do read the comments) when do you plan on getting your bold? After Christmas? Black Friday? Just wondering...

Tuesday, November 25, 2008So i just returned my storm after playing with it since launch, I have had many blackberrys and am a big fan. Most of the issues i had were area signal and operational lag with the phone itself. I was an iphone user before the storm and was also frusterated with certain features that have not been put on the phone yet. After playing with the Storm and useing the internet features I do like the iphone better and have since gone back to it. I wasnt too happy about having to pay for visual voice mail as well as having the maps and a directory not included in the phone plan. Also the bugs in the storm seem to be the same growing pains i already went through with the iphone. I am not an Apple freak by any means but i believe the iphone overall to be a better product for the money. I love the reviews keep up the good work!!!

12/31/2008 11:06:59 PMI'm in Denver, Colorado metro area and my coverage is good and bad. Coverage here is good, but I do have some areas where it's edge exclusively and some places no coverage at all. Overall, it's pretty strong, but not perfect, especially in the mountains. and the iPhone is definitely worth the bad areas.
