Pros: this is a flip phone and a great transformer with an useful and quite appealing qwerty keyboard.this phone is user friendly and fits in pocket very well. overall the whole package is what you can call it.

Cons: not a touch screen as some would prefer and sometimes turns while a person is talking on the phone during call mode. overall, a great quality and all in one phone. recommend it!!!
