Pros: Easy to use, skim and sleek

Summary: The Samsung M520 is the best phone I've every had!! It is VERY easy to use and get accustom to. I would definatily recommend it for anybody that wants something a little more than a phone, but not as much as a smartphone/PDA. It's a good phone for any age as well.

Pros: Ease of use, keys are locked when unit is closed.

Cons: Poor voice clarity/quality.

Summary: I use my phone for calls, rarely anything more. With poor voice quality I am already considering going back to my circa 2000 cell phone.
