Palm Treo 800w Cell Phone User Reviews

Summary: I'm 60 days and $600 into my Treo 650. There's a premium associated with being on the bleeding edge of cell technology and I'm paying it.

Pros:
- Email - It's why I bought the phone.
- Full keyboard - I couldn't effectively respond to emails without it. It's surprisingly easy to use
- Full contact list - It's awfully nice to search for someone by first or last name & then pull up their e-mail & phone numbers.
- Picturemail - a fun toy.

Cons:
- Stability - The phone locks up and/or spontaneously reboots a few times a week.
- Customer support (sprint) - They don't understand the phone yet, so tier 2 support is required (Tack another 25 minutes on the call)
- Cost - The incremental fees associated with the data features are steep.
