Pros: none really

Cons: Slow interface, staticy blue tooth reception, it's a brick, no WiFi, slow to turn on, soft keys hard to push, easy to accidentally hit the voice key, hard to use text keys with a case on.

Summary: I am so puzzled by all the positive reviews on this phone that I found on different sites. All I can imagine is that the people writing these have never used any other "smart phones" or pda's. This thing is painfully slow. Push the send button that brings up the log of dialed calls and you're gonna wait 3 seconds while it is "accessing data". Going between menus is equally slow. Most of the time I couldn't decide if I had hit the button hard enough because it was doing anything, but usually I would realize that i had hit it hard enough, but it was just dragging. The blue tooth connection is the worst. Most phones I have used will allow you to walk 20 or 30 feet away while talking on blue tooth device. Not this phone. You won't be able to go more than about 5 or 6 feet before static kicks in. Even if I had the phone strapped onto my left and the plantronics headset on my right ear, that was enough to make static. Same headset on my new phone, motorola v365, I can go 30 feet and it's clear as if I were holding the phone.
The combination of the "select" key or "soft" key being hard to press and the slow reaction from the phone drove me nuts. Was the phone just sitting there doing nothing because I didn't use 40 footpounds of pressure on it or is it just the ridiculously slow processor sitting there thinking?
I thought I would like the qwerty keyboard. I don't. I have fat fingers. Give me a regular keypad with iTap any day and I'll race you. If you're not using some form of predictive text.. try it out. Once you get used to it you will like it.
The holes for the ear speakers are finicky. There is a sweet spot where your ear must precisely be or it's hard to hear. Hit that sweet spot and you're golden.. but if not.. good luck hearing.
I love gadgets. So for me to turn this phone back in and get a regular flip phone says alot. I wouldn't choose it if it were free. It just needs to be faster and smaller. I'm not ready to pay $40 per month to use internet on my phone, so I guess I didn't really try out half of the options on it.

Pros: This phone has absolutely the BEST reception of any PDA phone I've used (including Blackberry 8700c). EXCELLENT voice quality, able to cut-n-paste messages (unlike Blackberry), battery life is almost twice the life of the Blackberry 8700c.

Cons: None ...

Summary: I've had the Blackberry 8700c for a year and other Blackberry phones before that. This Nokia E62 is way much more advance. The phones microphone has the best clarity of any phone I've tried to date. This phone is also about half the price in the cellular stores compared to the Blackberry 8700c. Just a remarkable phone.

Pros: The first plus was the screen. It is big and clear as can be! The E62 is easy to operate with one hand mainly because of the key pad layout. The battery life has been amazing considering all of the playing I have been doing. The sound quality is impressive even on the speakerphone.

Cons: Took a while to learn what all the device can do and how to do it.

Summary: Nokia has really hit a homerun with this one and I believe it is a must buy. The E62 is really a smart smartphone and has meet all of my expectations!
