Mine snapped in half very easily and the verizon people said that I broke it but the screen was glitching before it broke. Everyone I know had a KRZR and at least is on their second one. 7 out of 11 people found this review helpful

Low VolumeOverall Rating: By: Yolonda Hebb on Tuesday, March 06, 2007From: Waldorf, MD (United States) Experience: 30 Days Pros: The music quality is great. Great look.Cons: Low Volume, Slow Downloads.Summary: I got my phone February 2007. I always used the bluetooth, but I lost it and had to use the phone without it. Neither I nor the person I was talking to could hear each other. I had to put the phone on speaker just to understand a word. Other than that it's a wonderful phone. 59 out of 113 people found this review helpful

Very disappointedOverall Rating: By: John M on Friday, November 03, 2006From: Niagara Falls, NY (United States) Experience: 14 Days Pros: Sleek style, excellent build quality, good feature setCons: Harsh sounding call quality, low call volume, average reception, buggy bluetooth, sluggish web browsing.Summary: I was very disappointed in the K1M. The earpiece audio was at best mediocre and the call volume was very low, even with the volume at maximum. Bluetooth headset volume was adequate. Had to reboot the phone at least a couple of times each day because the voice commands didn't respond over bluetooth. Signal strength was at least 1-bar less than my previous phone, an LG VX7000. 56 out of 105 people found this review helpful

The upgrade I neededOverall Rating: By: Joseph Crossland on Friday, October 06, 2006From: Houston, TX (United States) Experience: 2 Weeks Pros: The style, look, and feel of the phone is what will impress you first. It is smooth on the front and them has a rubber grip on the back. The shape and size fits perfect in your hand and feels really good to hold. Has all of the expected features and they work properly. Cons: I expected an upgraded camera with flash. I am constantly cleaning fingerprints off of the phone!Summary: Overall I am really satisfied with my new phone.
