Pros: The features are cool and the phones look really good

Summary: I bought 5 i830 for my kids so i could keep in touch with then when there away from home .You can't beat the $1.00 a day option for unlimited chirps. I highly recommend boost mobile to any one with children

Summary: I really like the size and weight of the phone. The sleek look is very appealing but the screen scratches with the phone being flipped all the time. It is very simple to program and set up. I just wish they made something to go on phone screen so it didn't scratch.The sound could be improved also, sometimes it seems a little muttled.

Summary: i really like the phone, it works good but am very disappointed in how the window scratches from the phone flipping down. wish there was some screen savers for it.

Pros: Pros would have to be the size. It's small enough to fit into your pocket. It's real light weight. Good service-Instant Linc part is clear.Color screen is always good. I like how you can completely customize it. Also the outside screen for easy access without having to open it up.

Cons: Not loaded with features. They could have put better ringtones on it and more varities of wallpapers. Also after a while of usage you start to see a mark around the screen where the 'arrow keypad' had touched it when closed.(To help take away some of the scratches I prefer to get the clear plastic covering over the screen.

Summary: Overall, this is a great phone. But with anything there is, there's always some disadvantages. If your like me and dont seriously need all the great features: I would recommend this phone!
