Cons: PTT button breaks

Summary: I am an administrator at a cable company and we issue all of our techs i355's. We have a total of about 400 techs market wide and I usually have 10-15 broken PTT buttons a month. Nextel charges about $60 to fix this but only charges $39.00 to replace a phone with an issue they can't resolve. Go figure.
