![]() The LG VX 6000Overall Rating: By: Chuck Girtman on Thursday, April 24, 2008From: Anderson, SC (United States) Experience: 1 Years Pros: The phone is small and it fits well in my pocket. It had good graphics.Cons: The phone had a stubby antenna which i did not like and the camera did not make good pictures. I also did not like the fact that the camera window was at the bottom of the flip part fo my phone.Summary: I had my phone for almost one year and it was a good phone except for the camera. I dropped my phone i know atleast 5 or 6 times and it never even tried to quit on me until a month or two ago when i had put some lotion on my hands and I was texting a friend i dropped it on a hard floor in my kitchen and the flip part of it broke in two places after that the flip part of the phone was loose and my phone became possessed and it would go in and out of manner mode by itself and it would turn on and off when ever it decided to. Also the front of the phone where the time is displayed can be easily cracked. Bottom line it is a good phone but a little bulky and does not take too well to being dropped. basic camera, some problems with keypadOverall Rating: By: R Balaga on Friday, October 27, 2006From: Monterey Park, CA (United States) Experience: 2 Years Pros: durable, even survive some minor drops Cons: keypad sticks after more than one year of use. bulkySummary: This came works with Verizon Service. Physically is quite a bulky and heavy phone comparing to most cell phone these days. The antenna sticks out, so it won't be comfortable to put it in your pocket pants. Keypad is not friendly for text messaging, and it became stucked after more than a year of use. Camera is quite good, however memory is limited, max of 20 pictures only. 7 out of 24 people found this review helpful
VX-6000Overall Rating: By: Tami Oakley on Monday, October 02, 2006From: Red Bud, IL (United States) Experience: 2 Years Pros: camera works well nice assortment of downloadable ring tonesCons: screws strip out easily; spring tension for closing phone worn out before phone was two years old; buttons stick, finish was very thin and became worn immediately; battery will only hold charge for 24 hours Summary: I have had AT&T and Verizon phones. Quality wise, the AT&T phone was superior. My two year agreement with Verizon has outlasted both my daughter's and my phone. I don't mind locking in for a two year agreement but wish the wireless phone manufacturers would provide a good quality product. The camera has worked very well the entire two years I have had this plan. I can't wait to terminate the current plan in eight days however, I'm not sure I will contract with another wireless provider because quality of the phones are important, especially when you are spending $150.00 to $175.00 on each phone! I don't think the quality is there! 8 out of 24 people found this review helpful

LG VX-6000Overall Rating: By: Juanita Klingler on Sunday, September 24, 2006From: Idaho Falls, ID (United States) Experience: 2 Years Pros: Shortcuts allow quick access to frequently used items, Many face plate options available to style it all your own, rapid charger, voice dialCons: camera tend to quit for no reason, hard to change faceplates, batteries dont last very long, phone tends to reset for no reason.Summary: I like my VX-6000 camera phone a lot. It allows you to store a multitude of contacts and memos. It has quick access to Get It Now. However the camera tends to bail on you. My brother in laws camera died after he had the phone 1 month. My camera recently died on me, but I have had my phone for a little over 2 years. 4 out of 10 people found this review helpful
Awesome phoneOverall Rating: By: Chris Turco on Tuesday, August 22, 2006From: Erie, PA (United States) Experience: 2 Years Pros: Extrememly durable, good quality, small, easy to handle and use.Cons: no bluetooth, speakerphone, or mp3 player.Summary: I have had this phone for 2 years now and it has worked great. I have even dropped it a few times on hard floors and cement and it still works fine. I wouldn't even replace it if it wasn't for the fact that I want a bluetooth technology and an mp3 player in the phone. 5 out of 9 people found this review helpful
LG vx6000 phoneOverall Rating: By: dawn rossi on Tuesday, August 15, 2006From: ewing, NJ (United States) Experience: 2 Years Pros: Easy to figure out and useCons: no speaker phone is not updated to new technology picture qualitySummary: The phone was good when it first came out then after awhile it started to not have as much technology as the new ones have. It does not have voicemail, which other phones had 2 years ago. The ringers are not the best in the world either. 4 out of 7 people found this review helpful
Dropped CallsOverall Rating: By: SUSAN HEAGY on Monday, August 07, 2006From: Lancaster, PA (United States) Experience: 2 Years Pros: Small,LightweightCons: Bad reception, No receptionSummary: I like that the phone is small. But when I am in my home I have to stand in a certain spot so it will work. Sometimes my cell doesn't even ring if I have it laying on the desk by a window. Sure wish it would work the way it is suppose to!!!! 2 out of 8 people found this review helpful
