ALLTEL Wireless user review

Cons: Customer service SUCKS!! and delivery!!

Summary: Ordered a new phone, customer service said they will do over night shipping will be there on Saturday, I agreed to this because I would be home (like most people I work during the week) and I was ok so I don’t have to drive to the store and pick one up. Nice right well it is TUESDAY and do I have my phone. . . . Nope!! The lady was wrong over night on a Friday is considered MONDAY, well UPS will not drop it off without a signature and when will they be there between 9am-6pm guess what I work those hours and it is BS alltel because of one person not knowing how to place an order has F-ed everything up. . . what does alltel say to that well we cannot stop shipment and refund the money it will take up to 3-4 MONTHS to refund my money!! They need to comp my entire phone for this crap
