The Samsung T919( F480) also known as Tocco is currently a tri band, 3G enabled touchscreen only bar phone that may be heading for the US via T-Mobiles network. The phone features a 5.0 megapixel camera with QVGA video capture capability, stereo Bluetooth, microSD slot (up to 8GB), music player, Samsung's TouchWiz OS and a WAP 2.0 browser. Unfortunately no Wifi or GPS available in the current model.
Buying a replacement phone will not affect your existing service contract, but are generally more expensive, since they are not being discounted by your carrier.
