The car and plug in charger are fine. The cradle charges and syncs, but I am not sure that it is charging the extra battery. There is a blue light which seems to indicate the phone is plugged in... but there is another light that never comes on and since there was no manual.

Palm Centro will not even fit on cradle without scratching the phone.The car charger will work but I had to use more force than normal to connect it.
