The Explorer 340 Bluetooth Headset is great. I have no problem at all with the headset. It is handsfree especially I'm usually on the road alot. One feature button does it all even does the voice commands on my phone. It is excellent product and value is good. I would recommend to buy this product.

I purchased the Plantronics Explorer 340 Bluetooth Headset for my husband for Christmas this year (2008). He charged it and used it for work the day after Christmas and he works outside. I couldn't believe what great reception he received with the Plantronics Explorer 340 Bluetooth Headset. I would usually hear every background noise when I would talk to him during the day when he used his old bluetooth. When talking to him when he used his last bluetooth on a windy day, we would actually have to stop talking until the wind stopped and then start our conversation again. If you are looking for an exceptional product, Plantronics Explorer 340 Bluetooth Headset is the one to buy. My husband couldn't say enough about it. His voice was so clear and crisp, he could hear me clearly as well. Oh, and he also said it fits great around his ear, it's nice and snug. The last one fell off of his ear and he lost it, hence the need for a replacement...hahahaha!!!!

  Decent headset but nothing stupendous, 2008-12-22
I've had this item for about 3 months now. It easily mated with my 5310 XpressMusic phone. The multi function button is easy enough to use to power on/off the device, answer/initate a call, increase/decrease volume. (Nokia's bluetooth connection is horrid and so is their voice recognition.) I removed the stock earpiece and attached a Jabra ear-gel pad for an even better fit. It feels comfortable when using for long periods. It sill seems a bit large but maybe I was spoiled by using a bluetooth set w/out a behind the ear arm. Call clarity is good both ways. Battery life is very good. My only real gripe is that the range for this set is pretty lame. I can only go about 7 feet from my phone before I get the Rice Krispies "Snap, Crackle Pop!" interference. I bought the set for $19.99 at the time. If you can get it for around price it'd be a solid buy.

Yhis was fantastic only problem was it was lost on the second day. So I bought 2 more of them. An alternate means of holding on to then should be offered at the same time.
